The Grandmothers Foundation

Stand with the grandmothers raising tomorrow.

Kuku & Kin is building a foundation to support grandmothers raising orphaned and vulnerable children in Mbale and nearby communities.

Our first goal is 10 households — with food, basic needs, and practical home-gardening and poultry skills.

Our first chapter

Care today.
Possibility tomorrow.

We are at the beginning. These priorities guide our goal of supporting 10 households in Mbale and nearby communities.

As the work develops, we intend to share progress openly: how support is used, what we learn, and what still needs work.

01

Food & basic needs

Help meet the everyday needs of grandmothers and the children in their care.

02

Home gardening

Practical skills to grow food close to home.

03

Poultry keeping

Practical poultry-keeping skills as part of household support.

Individuals & organisations

Help shape the beginning.

We invite individuals and organisations to get involved in building support for the first 10 households.

Find where you could help.
